i-GAIN Quality Learning is calling for Expressions of Interest from people who want to make a difference.
i-GAIN is continually seeking to broaden its capacity to serve the training needs of business, service providers, industry and individuals in our community.
To do this, we need people with skills, expertise and special interests who are willing to make a difference by becoming a facilitator of adult learning with i-GAIN Quality Learning Inc.
Our vision is to be a centre of excellence in delivering support, training and educational services to the learning community of Gippsland. We are a community organisation that exists to strengthen and build the capactiy of businesses and the community by developing the capabilities of people.

- What interest, experience and capacity you have to deliver training?
- What is the most important thing for you, personally, in a workplace environment?
- Why you do, or would like to, deliver training?
- Why you want to deliver training with i-GAIN?
- Which organisations or businesses you have worked with (not just in delivering training), and what you did there?
- How you would add value to our clients, their businesses and i-GAIN?
- What form of employment you are seeking (casual, permanent, full or part-time)?
- What level of remuneration you expect?
- What are the characteristics of the worst person you have ever worked with?
- What are the characteristics of the best person you have ever worked with?
