Important Details
Enrolment Deadlines
Please enrol as soon as possible for any course that may interest you. Enrolments are accepted in the order in which they are received and only accepted with either full payment or deposit of not less than 20% of the course fee. As some courses will fill up within a few days of the publication of our program, it is best not to wait too long to enrol. Decisions about whether or not a course will run are made ten days prior to the course commencement date.

Concessions
Anyone in receipt of a Pension Card or Healthcare Card. Proof is required.
Confirmation
Confirmation details and receipt will be sent upon enrolment. If materials are required, a list will be provided with your confirmation details. If course is held in a venue other than i-GAIN a map will be provided also.
Refunds
Fee for Service Programs
Refunds are payable provided withdrawal is made 10 days prior to the course commencement date, however a 20% administration fee will be deducted from your refund.
A course fee is not refundable once a course has been confirmed being 10 days prior to the course commencement date.
Accredited Programs
Where a student withdraws prior to a course commencing, or within the first four (4) weeks of the course a full refund of fees will be paid, less a processing fee of $40.00, provided the application is received in writing by the Education & Training department within four (4) weeks of the course commencing.
Where the student has withdrawn after the first four (4) weeks of the course commencing no refund will be paid.
If a student provides evidence that they have taken a place at another educational institution, for the same course, within the first four (4) weeks of i-GAIN course a full refund will be paid.
If text books have been supplied for a course these must be returned prior to a refund being issued.
Language and Literacy Programs:
A Full refund will be made for withdrawals 10 working days prior to commencement.
Withdrawals after the enrolment deadline date will be charged a $10 administration fee.
Full refunds will be issued if a course is already full or cancelled.
Timetable
i-GAIN reserves the right to rearrange or cancel classes as circumstances require; giving due notice to class participants. Additional sessions are organised if the tutor is ill. Some classes will pause for public holidays or school holidays at the discretion of the tutor or after renegotiation with course participants. Classes scheduled to operate through school or public holidays are noted in the course description.
Venue
All courses are conducted at i-GAIN in Morwell unless otherwise stated. |
